We are fortunate in Thurston County to have many people who love to put Holiday Lights up and share their spirit with us. Ken Lake has been a favorite place every year for our family to visit and see what they have added to their display. This year I discovered a new place to visit called Oly Lightstravaganza 2013 and you can find out more about them at https://olylights.com/ The lights are on 4:45pm - 10:30pm every night from December 1st through January 4th. On select days they serve fresh, homemade cookies and hot beverages, from 6:30 - 8:30 pm. For those who are interested, they proudly collect donations for the Thurston County Food Bank and the Olympia School District Welcome Room (housed at Madison Elementary School). Both Thurston Talk and the Olympian also have information about where to see the lights. Enjoy.
