We use regular Malware Scanning.
We only provide articles and information. We only process credit card numbers through registration software Eventbrite and through direct member communication. All transactions are processed through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers.
We do not use vulnerability scanning and/or scanning to PCI standards.
How long do we keep your information?
Information that you provide to us through the website is kept for five years. At that time, if you have not engaged with us within the last 18 months through email marketing, contest sign ups or filled out a form on the website, your personal information will be scrambled.

Do we use 'cookies'?
We use “cookies”, Google analytics, and the Facebook conversion pixel on this site. These enable us to track and target the interests of our website users to enhance the experience on our site. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information.

PRIVACY POLICY SPECIFIC TO EVENT/TRAVEL/TOUR PLANNERS
Meeting planners are provided with the opportunity to opt in/out of communications with Experience Olympia and Beyond at the point they sign up to receive correspondence from us and within email newsletters. Additionally, when submitting an RFP, planners are given the opportunity to state whether they would like to keep their information confidential when their lead is sent to the recipient. This preference is kept within our CRM database.
