The Sound Gathering is a monthly sound bath experience hosted by Ebon Flow Energy Works, LLC. Each session is designed to move you out of your head and into your body, guiding you into a sound container with the resonant tones of Himalayan, crystal, and alchemy singing bowls, leading you into a state of deep rest and restoration.
Sound has always been one of the most direct paths to stillness. When we stop trying to relax and just let the vibrations do their work, our body relaxes on its own.
Every gathering is different because it is shaped by the energy in the room, the bowls being played, and where people are when they walk through the door. What stays the same is the intention to create a space where we can slow down, breathe, and come back to ourselves.
What to expect: Come comfortable. Sessions include a short meditation, a full sound immersion, and then a few moments of silence to sit in stillness. You're welcome to lie down, sit, or do whatever helps you receive. Every participant will be provided with a camping air mat, blanket, and small bolster.
