Overview

Come out to Mima Falls Trailhead in Capitol Forest to run or hike a 5.5-mile, 13-mile, or 20-mile loop any time the week of Thanksgiving (Nov. 21, 2026 to Nov. 29, 2026). This event is unique in that there is not an official start time when all runners take off at the same time. We mark the courses with turkey signs, jokes, and flags and you pick the best time for you (and hopefully your friends) to run together.

This event is organized by OlyTrailRunners and raises money for the Thurston County Food Bank.
