Join us for morning guided and silent meditation at the Soul Healing Center for those who are new and experienced in mediation. Offered by Ayya Suvijjānā, a Bhikkhunī sharing her practice from the Theravada tradition in the Pacific Northwest. Meal offering will take place at Noon.
