Overview
Craft District was born from Tumwater’s deep brewing history through the community’s vision and passion for a handcrafted experience. Our experience-oriented community allows friends and families to gather and interact in an educational environment.
Our craft producers, educators, retailers, and service providers collaborate to bring you unique products that your love but represent the Pacific Northwest with pride. We can’t wait to share our blended shopping, dining, and entertainment environment.
Let us show you how special we really are with uniquely crafted products from some of the most innovative people. Through our collaboration with our local makers, we are able to give them a stage to showcase their talents and share their knowledge with other local businesses.
We take education seriously, that’s why we built around South Puget Sound Community College’s (SPSCC) Craft Brewing and Distilling Program. Heritage Distilling Company and SPSCC formed a special partnership paved for Heritage’s tasting room, cask club, and event space to be housed under the same roof as SPSCC’s new educational facility.
Our market building will feature multiple vendors surrounding a livable common space that will include a winery, cidery, brewery, restaurants, bakery, and boutique, along with popup vendors and personal services.
As we continue to grow, we can’t wait to introduce dedicated buildings for restaurants, office spaces, and startups for small businesses.
These buildings surround a 2,000-person amphitheater venue which will host some spectacular events in our great community. Craft will also be expanding the beautiful Deschutes Valley Trail through their property, connecting downtown Olympia to Pioneer Park.
