Ebb and Flow Retreats is a waterfront retreat house and private event venue located on the shores of Eld Inlet in Olympia, Washington. Designed for groups seeking a beautiful, peaceful setting to gather, reconnect, and recharge, the retreat house is available to rent for wellness retreats, yoga gatherings, workshops, celebrations, team retreats, and other private group experiences.
The spacious property accommodates overnight groups and features a dedicated yoga studio, five bedrooms, three full bathrooms, a large great room and kitchen, outdoor gathering spaces, firepit, pizza oven, hot tub, sauna, and direct access to the water with kayaks and paddleboards.
Ebb and Flow provides the space, setting, and amenities—while hosts can bring their own programming, instructors, activities, or vision to create a retreat or gathering that is uniquely their own. Ebb and Flow also provides weekly yoga classes and retreat offerings.
