The Olympia Downtown Alliance invites families, friends, and even furry companions to join in on a celebration at LoveOly Downtown for Halloween, presented by Captain Little.
This free community event promises fun for all ages with trick-or-treating, a pet costume contest, scavenger hunt, photo booth, and more—all in the vibrant setting of Downtown Olympia.
Highlights include:
• Scavenger Hunt: Pick up or print your passport at any participating location and visit at least 10 participating businesses to enter the prize drawing—20 visits unlock a chance at the grand prize.
• Trick-or-Treating: Visit participating downtown shops from 3:00 pm – 6:00 pm on Halloween and collect treats in a safe, festive atmosphere.
• Pet Costume Contest: Dress your pets to impress! With special guest judges from Banfield Pet Hospital, Concern for Animals, and Oly Paws. 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners will be selected. Join the fun at 5th Avenue and Washington Street. Participants arrive at 5:00 pm and the content runs from 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm.
• Festive Photo Booth & Kids’ Activities: Capture the fun with themed photos at the Washington Center and enjoy activities provided by Hands On Children’s Museum for the little ones
