Depression affects everyone. For some people, sometimes, depression is a major event and then there are instances that are noticeable and yet feel controllable. There is no shame in experiencing feelings of sadness, depression, or being blue. Regardless of the scope of our depressed feelings, we always desire a solution to sadness. We all want to stop feeling down.
