Meditation is increasingly popular and the benefits are well-known. But, getting started isn’t as easy as watching a YouTube video. Our ability to meditate is built upon experience and those experiences have more power when shared directly from one meditator to another.
In this class, we will learn from our Resident Teacher, Gen Kelsang Wangpo, who has been studying Buddhist meditation for over 20 years. He will be providing some practical tips about meditation to help us get started and improve our meditation practice.
