We finish our “Learn to Meditate” series with a special mini-meditation retreat. These retreats include 3 sessions over the course of a morning. Each session is a unique meditation that helps us find peace, clarity and a positive mind. The meditation retreat is a great way to drop any stress that has been accumulated over a busy month or even a week.
